1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FacetsN website and services provided by FacetsN LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("FacetsN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Product Offerings
FacetsN specializes in lab-grown diamonds and jewelry. Currently we provide ready-to-ship jewelry made with lab-grown diamond in 18k gold or platinum settings.
2.2 Product Information
All diamonds above 0.5 carats are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). While we provide product descriptions, images, and specifications for informational purposes, we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product information is complete or error-free. Please note that actual products may vary slightly from images due to natural variations and photography limitations.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

- Installment payments (specific provider to be determined)
3.3 Payment Processing
Payment is due at the time of order placement, though for custom orders, we may require partial payment upfront. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

Installment payment options are subject to approval by our chosen payment provider. Separate terms and conditions apply for installment financing, and you are responsible for all installment payments according to your agreement with the financing provider.
4. ORDER VERIFICATION AND SECURITY
4.1 Order Verification
To prevent fraud and ensure security, we have implemented verification procedures based on order value. Orders over $10,000 require phone verification and billing address confirmation. Orders over $25,000 may require additional identity verification. First-time customers with orders over $3,000 are subject to enhanced verification. We reserve the right to request additional verification for any order regardless of amount.
4.2 Order Acceptance
Please understand that order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or security concerns.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Locations
We primarily ship within the United States, with international shipping available to select countries. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain locations due to local regulations.
5.2 Shipping Methods
All shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience. High-value items are shipped via secure, insured methods with insurance coverage continuing until successful delivery. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries to ensure safe receipt.
5.3 Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as failed delivery attempts may result in return to sender and additional charges.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the order date for eligible items. Items must be in original condition with all certificates and documentation included. Please note that custom jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at returns@facetsn.com with "Return" as the subject line to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process. You must use our provided return shipping materials and instructions, ensuring items are insured during return shipment. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection.
6.3 Exchanges
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any item and place a new order for your preferred piece. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.
7. WARRANTIES
7.1 Product Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on our lab-grown diamonds and a two-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or size alterations. Warranty repairs are performed at our discretion, and the warranty becomes void if the item is altered by unauthorized parties.
7.2 Certificate Accuracy
IGI certificates are provided with applicable products. We guarantee certificate authenticity but not gemstone characteristics beyond certification.
8. USER ACCOUNTS
8.1 Account Creation
Accounts are optional as guest checkout is available. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We maintain a one account per person policy.
8.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate and current information and update it promptly when changes occur. You are responsible for all account activity conducted under your credentials.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Our Content
All website content, designs, and materials are owned by FacetsN and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No use is permitted without express written permission.
9.2 Custom Designs
Custom jewelry designs created for you remain our intellectual property, though you receive rights to use the physical product. We may use design concepts for future products.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our services for illegal purposes, attempt to breach website security, interfere with other users' access, submit false or misleading information, resell products for commercial purposes without authorization, or use automated systems to access our website.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Disclaimer
Products are sold "as is" except for express warranties stated herein. We provide no warranties beyond those specifically stated and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
