using an existing ring
Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters.
Match the measurement to the Inside Diameter (mm) column in the chart.

Wrap a thin strip of paper (or string) around the base of the finger.
Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in millimeters. This gives you the circumference.

1. Measure the finger you’ll wear the ring on. Fingers on the dominant hand can be slightly larger.
2. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warm.
3. Avoid sizing when cold; fingers are slightly smaller.
4. If choosing a wide band, consider half a size up.
5. If between sizes, pick the larger size for comfort over the knuckle.
6. Seasonal changes and travel can affect fit; a comfortable slide on, gentle pull off is ideal.
