All facetsN jewelry pieces are carefully handcrafted in collaboration with an esteemed atelier in Kofu, Japan. Located in the Yamanashi prefecture, Kofu is the leading jewelry producing region in Japan.

We offer the highest quality lab grown diamonds in our jewelry. Our diamonds range from D-F colors, VS clarity or above, and excellent cut. We select only the top 1% of created diamonds.

can i modify or cancel my order after placing it?

No, at this time we do not ship internationally. We offer free shipping and free 30 day returns within the continental united states.

how long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the product. Ready-to ship merchandise is can be delivered within 10-14 business days.

do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (carrier charges apply) so you can monitor your package in real-time.

do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide complimentary FedEx ground shipping on all US domestic orders with no minimum purchase required.

how is my jewelry packaged?

Jewelry is packaged delicately in our signature presentation boxes with diamond certificates for stones above .5ct with every purchase.

what happens if i am not at home during delivery?

FedEx will attempt delivery and leave a note with pickup and redelivery options. For high-value orders, an adult signature is required, meaning packages cannot be left unattended.

can i change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can request a change in delivery address before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee modifications. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

what is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle free return policy with free return shipping on all domestic orders. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all certificates and packaging intact.

how do i initiate a return?

Simply contact us at returns@facetsn.com, provide your order number and return reason, and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Then package the item securely and ship it back to us.

what items can be returned?

You can return ready-to-ship jewelry in original condition, loose diamonds with IGI certificates, and jewelry accessories and settings. However, we cannot accept returns on custom jewelry (unless defective), items that have been resized, engraved, or modified, jewelry without original certificates, or items showing wear or damage.

how long does it take to process a return?

We inspect returned items within 5-7 business days after we receive them, then process refunds within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 4-7 days to appear on your statement.

do you offer exchanges?

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any item based on our return policy and place a new order for what you prefer.

For daily care, remove your jewelry during sports, cleaning, or manual work, store pieces in the provided boxes or soft pouches, and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. No special care needed! Lab-grown diamonds are identical to mined diamonds in hardness (10 on Mohs scale) and durability. They won't fade, cloud, or lose sparkle over time.

how do I maintain the shine on my 18k gold jewelry?

why do some orders require verification?

To protect against fraud and ensure secure transactions, we require phone verification for orders over $10,000, enhanced identity verification for orders over $25,000, and additional verification for first-time high-value customers with orders over $5,000.

what information is required for verification?

Depending on your order value, we may need phone number confirmation, billing address verification, photo ID for high-value orders, and additional documentation may be requested as needed.

what warranty do you offer?

We provide a Lifetime Warranty on diamonds and a two-year warranty on manufacturing that covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship, stone security and setting integrity, metal quality issues, and diamond authenticity and optical properties.

what's not covered by warranty?

Our warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, third-party modifications or repairs, or loss or theft.

how do I make a warranty claim?

Email care@facetsn.com with a description and photos of the issue, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label upon initial assessment. Once returned, our master jewelers will conduct a professional assessment and provide free repair or replacement as needed.
