united states domestic shipping
We provide free shipping to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. All shipments are sent via FedEx with full tracking and insurance, requiring a signature for all deliveries to ensure safe receipt.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on FedEx International rates, with customers responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports.

All in-stock items ship within 5 business days, with delivery time based on FedEx ground delivery timeline specific to your location, typically between 3 - 5 business days. International delivery time is location-specific, typically between 5-10 business days.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons. Some international destinations may have jewelry import restrictions, and hazardous weather conditions may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

We want you to absolutely love your FacetsN jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping on all US domestic orders.

Ready-to-ship jewelry items in original, unworn condition are eligible for return.
non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom jewelry (unless defective or not made to specifications)
- Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified
- Items that have been previously exchanged
- Jewelry without original IGI certificates (if provided during purchase)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
return timeline
You have 30 days from the order date to initiate a return, with 5 days from return authorization to ship the item back. Returns initiated after 30 days of the order date will not be accepted.
easy return process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@facetsn.com with "Return" as the subject line to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.
Step 2: Return Authorization
You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (required for processing) along with a free prepaid shipping label for domestic returns. Original packaging is required for all returns.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Include all original materials including certificates (when provided), boxes, and pouches. Use the provided shipping label and packaging instructions, and drop off at a FedEx location (don't leave in drop boxes).
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Our Quality Assurance team inspects items within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned product. A refund approval email is sent after inspection, with refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Domestic Returns
We provide 100% free return shipping via prepaid FedEx label with full insurance coverage until the item reaches our facility and tracking provided for your peace of mind.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use an insured shipping method with tracking. Customs forms may be required for international returns.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, while installment payment refunds are based on the payment processor's policy.
Refund Amounts
The full purchase price is refunded for eligible returns of US domestic orders. Original shipping, duties, and taxes will not be refunded for international orders.
Exchange Policy
