At FacetsN, we stand behind our craftsmanship and the exceptional quality of our lab-grown diamonds. Every purchase includes our comprehensive lifetime warranty on our diamonds and a two-year manufacturing warranty.
what's covered
Manufacturing Defects - Two Year Warranty
We provide a two-year warranty on craftsmanship issues including prong work, setting integrity, and metalwork.
Lab-Grown Diamond Guarantee - Lifetime Coverage
Our lifetime coverage includes:
- Optical properties guaranteed: Your diamonds will never fade, cloud, or lose brilliance over time
- IGI certification accuracy: All diamond characteristics as certified
- Authenticity guarantee: 100% lab-grown diamonds as described
what's not covered
Normal Wear + Care
The warranty does not cover everyday wear including minor scratches, surface wear, or patina; cleaning needs such as regular maintenance and professional cleaning; and tarnishing from natural oxidation of metals over time.
damage + Misuse
Accidental damage including drops, impacts, or crushing; chemical damage from exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaners; heat damage from exposure to extreme temperatures; and damage during professional sports activities are not covered.
modifications + alterations
Third-party work including repairs or modifications by other jewelers; unauthorized resizing or size changes not performed by FacetsN; and engravings added after purchase by others are excluded from warranty coverage.
Loss & Theft
Lost jewelry that cannot be located, stolen items including theft or mysterious disappearance, and travel loss are not covered under our warranty.
making a warranty claim
Contact us at care@facetsn.com with "Warranty Claim" as the subject line to initiate your warranty claim. Please provide the order number for the product and clearly describe the issues, including a picture of the defect you are describing. We will respond within 5 business days and walk you through the shipping and repair process upon receipt of your request.
warranty registration
Your warranty begins automatically upon purchase with no registration required. Keep your original receipt and IGI certificates for warranty service.
warranty transfer
Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This ensures we can provide the best possible service to our valued customers.
